Creditor negotiations

Where a client is suffering shortfalls in income and encountering short-term cash flow problems we will on their behalf negotiate with creditors in order to extend terms of payment. We are also experienced at dealing with the Inland Revenue and have successfully negotiated payment plans on behalf of a number of clients.

We are in addition highly experienced at dealing with negotiations relating to finance houses and have successfully re-negotiated finance agreements to the benefit of our clients.
